You can find more information about the groups by visiting sandiego.edu/wellness/departments/groups/. Please see the groups available this semester and share this information with students you think would benefit from participating. Each unit in Student Affairs will receive Wellness Group brochures in the next couple weeks for reference or to be used in waiting areas. For general questions, contact Group Coordinator Sylvie Marques at smarques@sandiego.edu or contact the facilitator of the group you have questions about. Fourth Annual Out-of State Student Dinner On Wednesday, September 19, the Out-of-State Student Council will be hosting their Fourth Annual Dinner for Out-of-State students. The event will take place in the Hahn UC Forums and will begin at 7 p.m. The purpose of this program is to provide out-of-state freshmen the opportunity to connect with other students from their respective state, region, or country. This dinner enhances the first-year experience and helps out-of-state students transition successfully to USD! If you are interested in attending this event, please send an e-mail to estephens@sandiego.edu with your name, department/title and home state by Friday, September 14th. Shout Outs!
