They are actively seeking university administrators, faculty, staff, and students who wish to serve as liaisons between their campus areas and the Council. Ambassadors will be charged with encouraging consideration of CST principles within the context of daily interactions between supervisors, colleagues and peers, attending one CST-related event per academic year, and inviting those in their areas to also participate in CST-related programs and activities.

Outdoor Adventures Opportunities
For those that enjoy experiencing more than two seasons, Outdoor Adventures is taking it to the snow this winter. This past Sunday, a group traveled up the Palm Springs Aerial Tram for a snowshoe trip on Mount San Jacinto. This coming Sunday, a group is heading to Bear Mountain to ski and ride in the foot of fresh powder that dropped this week.
OA is organizing a volunteer outing with Ocean Discovery Institute on March 2. Our group will help to restore wildlife habitat, clean up pollution and litter, and learn about San Diego’s valuable ecosystems.
On March 9, you can join OA on a day trip to Anza Borrego Desert for Yoga and a visit to Agua Caliente hot springs.
You can register for all of OA's trip at sandiego.edu/oa.
Supporting Our Pregnant & Parenting Students
The Women’s Center has pulled together a group of folks from across campus to meet and assess current resources and services available to our pregnant and parenting students. Our goal is to improve the support our pregnant and parenting students receive and assist them in thriving as students at USD. We are reaching out and collecting student stories to inform our process. We ask that you send the names and emails of any students you work with that are pregnant and/or parents to Erin Lovette-Colyer elovettecolyer@sandiego.edu before the end of February. They can be undergraduate, graduate students, recent alums, women or men.
