Congratulations Women of Impact Nominees and Winners Last Friday, the Women's Center hosted their annual Women of Impact Luncheon to celebrate the impact and influence of women across USD. RA Recruiting Residential Life is currently in the process of recruiting outstanding student leaders to serve as Resident Assistants for the 2013-2014 academic year. As members of the USD community who work closely with student leaders in a variety of unique settings, we value your input in this process. Specifically, we ask your assistance in identifying students who are capable of taking on the challenges of the position and who are driven to make positive contributions to our campus. To do so, we ask that you nominate students using this online form. You may nominate as many students as you would like. The deadline for nominations is February 1st. However, we will send nomination letters weekly, so the sooner you nominate the sooner the student will be notified. While a nomination is not required for applications, each nominee will receive an encouraging letter from Residential Life notifying them of the nomination along with instructions for how to apply. Applications and a time line for candidates for the process are available on the Residential Life homepage. The training and experience of the Resident Assistant position is transferable to nearly any professions students wish to pursue and is a rewarding opportunity that serves to benefit the USD Community.
