USD Health Survey- Pencil Us In!

Thank you to those who have been encouraging students to complete the survey. If students haven't taken the survey, there is still a chance! The survey is open until Thanksgiving. Students will receive reminder emails on Tuesday, November 12th and Thursday, November 15th. This is a great opportunity for students to have a voice regarding health issues on campus.

Please encourage students to complete the USD Health Survey. Student participation in this survey will provide university administrators current, relevant data about students’ health and the information will be used to enhance campus-wide health promotion and prevention services. Five students will have the opportunity to win $100 in cash. For more information regarding this survey please contact the Center for Health and Wellness Promotion.

Thank you for helping the Student Wellness staff encourage student involvement.
