USD Health Survey- Pencil Us In!
Please encourage students to complete the USD Health Survey. Students will receive an e-mail requesting their participation on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012. Student participation in this survey will provide university administrators current, relevant data about students’ health and the information will be used to enhance campus-wide health promotion and prevention services. Five students will have the opportunity to win $100 in cash. For more information regarding this survey please contact the Center for Health and Wellness Promotion.
