Full-Time MBA Program — 17 or 22 month program

Make leadership your full-time business.

From camaraderie to career planning, there are so many perks to being a USD MBA student. With small class sizes—and an intimate cohort format for core classes—you'll make lifelong professional and personal connections with classmates and faculty. Tailor your curriculum by choosing program length, area of emphasis and varied international options. Your USD MBA will help you become an agent for change and a business leader everyone can look up to.

Through coursework vetted by corporate partners and our comprehensive professional development program, you'll learn the exact skills employers look for in their MBA-level hires. You'll also work on real client projects throughout the MBA program. Examples include a semester-long consulting project for a San Diego company or international consulting projects where you'll advise small businesses and organizations in countries as diverse as China, Brazil, Germany, the Dominican Republic and many more.

As you study topics like financial management and strategic marketing, you'll also have plenty of opportunities to grow in your professional development. Through workshops, mock interviews, coaching and executive mentors, our MBA career services office will give you the tools—and essential industry connections—to help you pursue your ultimate business calling.
